Classic Inspiration
DANISH WATCH BRAND INSPIRED BY THE PAST
The latest collections from Borgvardt Ure mark an important step for me as a designer and for the brand as a whole. I have worked purposefully to create models that feel clear in their identity, work in everyday life, and build on the lines and materials I have worked with since the beginning.
Each collection draws inspiration from the iconic watches of the 1960s and 1970s—a period that shaped my own fascination with watches and remains a key source of inspiration in everything I create.
A Modern Classic
meet the classic collection
Classic is one of the watches I have personally spent the most time designing. I wanted to create a watch for the man who likes to make an effort without being overly formal. A watch with a 40 mm case and a clean, minimalist look that strikes a balance between tradition and modernity.
It is designed to be a watch that feels just as natural with a tailored jacket as it does on a relaxed weekend. A watch that simply fits in — without drawing attention to itself.
