Warranty & Complaints

Warranty period: Two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects resulting from flaws or errors in the manufacture of a product (movement, case, crystals). Parts other than those mentioned above are not covered by this warranty, as they are consumable items (leather strap). To have any defects or faults covered, please send us an email at Lennart@borgvardt-ur.dk or use our “contact form.” Please specify your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the problem. In the subject field, please write: Service: “followed by your order number.”.

Please note that repairs/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even if they are within the warranty period.

• Faults or damage caused by incorrect use or carelessness. (Impacts, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
• Fault or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Fault or damage caused by fire or water, or other natural disasters, such as earthquakes.
• Natural changes that occur during normal wear and tear (minor scratches, deterioration of leather on the watch strap).
• If the receipt is not with the watch.

The watch, dial, hands, crystal, leather strap, or other parts of the watch may be replaced with similar parts if the original parts are discontinued or no longer available.

This warranty guarantees that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and within the specified period, and shall not limit any legal rights of the customer.
