Coreline is a mechanical skeleton watch, created for enthusiasts who not only want to know the time, but also see it coming into being. There are no hidden layers or closed surfaces: the entire heart of the watch is exposed, honest and alive. Coreline is built for curious glances, passionate conversations and for those who truly love watchmaking.
Coreline
Coreline is built around a 41 mm case in 316L surgical steel with a lug-to-lug width of 46 mm, providing a balanced and compact fit on the wrist. The sapphire crystal protects the open skeleton movement, where the entire mechanism is visible from the front.
The transitions are sharp and precise, so that the chain and watch case appear as a single construction rather than separate elements. The brushed and polished surfaces create contrast and depth, while the proportions are balanced so that the watch retains its visual calm, even despite the open skeleton design.
Coreline
I chose Seagull 2809 because it is a movement that can withstand being seen. It is built with an openness and honesty that fits perfectly with the Coreline idea. A stable, mechanical movement with a calm gait, where every movement makes sense visually. For me, it's not about hiding the technology away, but about letting the movement be an active part of the design and the experience.

With Coreline, I wanted to create more than just a watch—I wanted to create a visual expression that you feel as much as you see. Every opening in the work, every shape, every glimpse of the mechanics has been carefully considered as part of the whole.
Coreline is my interpretation of a modern skeleton watch inspired by the 1970s. In particular, the integrated chain and the striking steel surfaces. From there, the vision for Coreline grew: a watch that feels both timeless and modern, and which has a clear identity.
