Borgvardt covers all your shipping costs – completely free of charge. (Note: does not apply to customs duties).

We want you to be satisfied with your Borgvardt product. If it does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be sent in its original packaging and must not have been used (read our terms and conditions).

As a general rule, it takes 2-5 business days, often less! We use GLS to ship our products. You will automatically receive a Track and Trace number as soon as your order has been packed and shipped, allowing you to track its progress yourself.

We offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your Borgvardt. Send us an email and we will send you a return label that you can use to return the product. The return fee is up to DKK 150, which includes return shipping, handling, and inspection.

All products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

We ship your Borgvardt with GLS and Track and Trace. Your Borgvardt is shipped securely in protective packaging and exclusive packaging.

Our ambition is for you to be 100% satisfied with one of our products. As you can probably understand, this is quite a lofty ambition and difficult to maintain, but we are prepared. We take this very seriously and expect you to be satisfied with your Borgvardt after you receive it. If you still feel that your Borgvardt does not live up to the promised expectations, we will refund its value or exchange it if you wish.

If your watch breaks for any reason, simply send us an email at Lennart@borgvardt-ur.dk. We will then discuss whether you are covered, whether we can repair it, or whether we need to send you a new one. You are covered by our 2-year warranty.

Yes, all our watches are water resistant up to 5ATM, however, we do not recommend getting the leather wet.
